1、开创性研发光控细胞薄层组织工程新技术,获得国家发明专利(ZL 201410480554.6),以一作或通讯发表包括Biomaterials、Colloids and Surfaces B: Biointerfaces等在内的4篇SCI文章,相关研究内容获国家自然科学基金面上项目1项(导师第一、本人第二)、青年项目1项(负责人)、省级重点研发项目1项(子项目负责人)、浙江省卫生厅一般项目1项支持(负责人),并获得浙江大学优秀博士毕业论文提名、全国口腔生物医学“青年医师研究”优秀奖、中华口腔医学会“新星讲坛-口腔新秀”三等奖;

2、实现基于各型材料界面的干细胞干性及多向分化性能的调控,获得国家发明专利(ZL 201410480562.0),以一作或通讯发表包括ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Journal of Materials Chemistry B等在内的11篇SCI文章,相关研究内容获浙江省卫生厅面上项目(负责人)、浙江省科技厅公益类项目(导师第一、本人第二)

2、建立了人胚胎干细胞向间充质干细胞、角质细胞、血管内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞及神经嵴干细胞等诱导分化的新方法,为实现人源细胞、组织芯片替代动物实验完成药物、材料毒性评估提供前期细胞基础;

未来三年工作思路及于其目标

1.理论体系

1.1优化组织工程技术,发展新型定向光控细胞片层技术,使获得的叠层化物及其上方的血管、神经具有统一的方向排列性,以此获得方向可控的仿生组织工程组织;

1.2优化物理因素介导的人胚干细胞向神经、血管(动静脉型)、间充质、角质等方向分化及多型细胞复合培养技术,排除动物源性物质介入,为多型干细胞临床应用提供基础,并进一步探讨干性相关基因介导的多种细胞间的智能调节机制;

1.3建立人胚胎干细胞间充质干细胞、角质细胞、血管内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞及神经嵴干细胞等诱导分化的新方法,为实现人源细胞、组织芯片替代动物实验完成药物、材料毒性评估提供前期细胞基础

2.量化指标:以一作或通讯身份发表SCI文章3~5篇,总IF大于30,其中至少1篇大于10;国家级课题负责人或子课题负责人至少1项,总经费大于80万;以前2身份获省厅级或以上科技奖1项或以上;国家或国际发明专项2~4项;以导师或合作导师培养研究生3人或以上。
