5年作为项目牵头人主持国家重点研发计划项目1项(肌肉—骨骼系统修复材料和植入器械及其表面改性的工程化技术,国拨经费1246万), 主持国家自然科学基金和浙江省自然基金各1项,浙江省卫生厅重点项目1项,浙江省高等教育十三五教改项目1项,浙江大学MOOC项目骨科学2项。作为通讯作者发表 SCI 论文38篇,总影响因子约140。在国际上较早提出了股骨上段重建骨盆肿瘤切除后的骨缺损,文章发表于骨科TOP期刊CORR上;在国际上首先提出表观遗传调控CXCL12在介导骨肉瘤肺转移及其免疫微环境中的作用与机制,文章发表于Cancer Research上。

一、临床诊疗

从事骨肿瘤外科临床工作 29年,擅长骨与软组织肿瘤的临床诊疗,在国内较早开展骨与软组织肿瘤的保肢治疗,尤其在骨盆肿瘤的切除与重建、脊柱与骶骨肿瘤的切除与重建上具有较高造诣。较早在国际上开展股骨上段重建骨盆肿瘤切除后的骨与关节缺损、并受邀在2017年世界保肢大会(ISOLS)报告,文章发表于骨科著名期刊Clinical Orthopaedics and Related Research (骨科TOP)、得到国际同行的广泛关注和认同。在国内率先开展反肩假体治疗肱骨近端肿瘤,并受邀在2019年世界保肢大会(ISOLS)上报告。在国内较早开展 3D 打印假体重建肿瘤切除后骨缺损(获2016浙江省科技计划项目重点研发计划支持,项目号2017C01019),并应邀在2019年韩国骨科学术年会上作主旨演讲。同时,开展多节段全椎体切除重建术、以 DHS 为模板截骨矫形治疗纤维结构不良伴髋内翻畸形、导航下骨样骨瘤射频消融、骨肿瘤的微创治疗等工作,相应的成果发表于国际和国内的著名刊物。领导的骨肿瘤团队每年收治骨肉瘤等疑难骨肿瘤病症3000余例,病源覆盖浙江、上海、江西、安徽、江苏等地,有较高的初诊确诊率和治愈率,抢救成功率达 95%,为广大骨肿瘤患者解除痛苦,提高生活质量,延长生命,在学术界和社会上享有良好的声誉。

 

二、科学研究

12009年以来围绕骨肉瘤与γδT细胞的关系开展研究,获3项国家自然科学基金资助(2010年,项目号309734442012年,项目号811725472018年,项目号81872173),2项浙江省自然科学基金项目(2004年,项目号Y2043582016年,项目号LY16H160020),1项浙江省医药卫生科技项目省部共建重点项目(2017年,项目号WKJ-ZJ-1821),在国际上首先提出了过继性输入γδ T细胞治疗骨肉瘤的新技术,同时开展利用γδT细胞作为新型抗原提呈细胞诱导抗骨肉瘤免疫应答的作用及其抗原提呈机制研究,该研究目前处于国际领先地位,为骨肉瘤的免疫治疗奠定了基础。

2)通过影像组学、病理组学、蛋白组学等多组学方法探索骨肉瘤的预后以及软骨肉瘤的病理分级鉴别诊断,为骨肉瘤及软骨肉瘤的精准诊疗奠定基础。

3)针对骨科内植入物感染和松动两大重大临床问题,开展骨诱导和智能抗菌活性骨植入器械的工程化和产品开发,该研究获国家重点研发计划资助(2018年,项目号2018YFC1105400)。预计经过三年的攻关,将有应用于临床的产品问世。

2014-2019年以通讯作者或第一作者在Cancer ResearchIF=3D9.062)、EbioMedicine (IF=3D6.68)Cell Death and Disease (IF=3D6.211)Front Immunol(IF=3D5.789)等知名杂志及骨科著名期刊Clinical Orthopaedics and Related Research (TOP)Spine (Phila Pa 1976)Eur Spine JInt Orthop等发表SCI论文30余篇。曾获浙江省科学技术二等奖两项(2/9)、浙江省科技进步二等奖(2/12)、三等奖(3/8)。

2001年晋升浙大硕导,2006年晋升浙大博导,至今共培养博士、硕士研究生100余名,主持浙江大学本科生、研究生MOOC教改项目各1项,主持浙江省高等教育“十三五”第一批教学改革研究项目1项。

三、岗位工作思路&= #21450;预期目标

以培养骨肿瘤研究型临床人才为中心,加强高水平的临床教学科研团队建设,突出优势专业特色。紧密围绕临床紧迫问题开展相关临床试验及转化研究,积累学科特色病例。进一步以骨转移癌的临床和基础研究为主攻方向,建设骨肿瘤大数据库和生物样本库,与流行病与卫生统计学科合作,进行大数据分析,阐述中国人骨肿瘤的疾病谱,提出自己的诊断标准与治疗方案。同时,争取在骨科抗菌内植入物假体和骨肿瘤疫苗的研制上取得突破。

与国际知名骨肿瘤中心深入开展多方合作,选派优秀中青年医师赴海外交流学习,力争在3-5 年内形成专业特色鲜明,具有国际影响力的学术团队。队伍人才数量增加10%,新晋升高级职称2-3人,增加博士生导师1-2名,硕士生导师2-3名,引进博士毕业生2-3名,培养博士3-5名,硕士5-10名,国外进修每年派出1人。每年引进并开展1项国际上最新的骨肿瘤专科技术,国内最先开展1-2新技术

保持高水平的科研产出,争取团队每年获得国家级科研项目2项以上,每年科研经费百万以上,高质量SCI 收录论文每年10篇以上,省部级奖项1-2 项。

立德树人,做好带教工作,加强对本科生、住院医师、专科医师的培育,保证教学质量。每年举办1-2 次国家级/省级继续教育培训班,通过专项进修、参观学习、举办继教或专题学习班、直接指导等形式授课,进一步提高骨科医生的骨肿瘤诊疗水平。
