本人2014年毕业于浙江大学医学院,获医学博士学位,专业为病原生物学,毕业后留校从事博士后及讲师工作,主要从事病原微生物感染的分子生物学和细胞生物学机制以及重要病原微生物基因工程疫苗及微生物相关药物的研制。

博士生、博士后及讲师工作期间完成钩端螺旋体诱导巨噬细胞凋亡分子机制、胶原酶基因鉴定及其产物致病机制、感染过程中LPS变构与功能关系、钩端螺旋体sigma因子调控基因表达机制、通用型钩端螺旋体抗原表位肽基因工程疫苗的研究工作,即将完成钩端螺旋体第二信使调控毒力因子表达的研究工作。以第一作者及共一作者身份先后发表SCI论文9篇,其中影响因子大于五6篇,TOP期刊4篇,JCR-1区期刊6篇(Cell Microbiol(IF:5.04,TOP,JCR 1区)、Appl Environ Microb(IF:4.70,TOP,JCR 1区)、Curr Opin Infect Dis(IF:5.0)、Front Cell Infect Mi (IF:4.42)、Elife(IF:8.52,TOP,JCR 1区)、EBioMedicine(IF:6.68,JCR 1区)、J Infect Dis(IF:6.02,TOP,JCR 1区)、Emerg Microbes Infec (IF:6.21,JCR 1区)、Clin Vaccine Immunol(IF:3.23))。

 2012年获奖学金资助赴美国印第安纳大学医学院进行合作研究并进行学术交流,在美期间成为美国微生物学会(ASM)、国际钩端螺旋体学会(ILS)会员。2013年在日本举办第8届国际钩端螺旋体病学学术会议上展示通用型钩端螺旋体抗原表位肽基因工程疫苗的阶段性研究工作,获得美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)颁发的“Travel Award”奖励(全球十人中唯一华人)。2018-2019年赴耶鲁大学交流,获得国际钩端螺旋体学会(ILS)青年学者奖,同时获国际著名戈登会议(Gordon Research Conference)邀请即将赴意大利做大会报告(主会场首位中国学者)。

目前主要研究方向:①病原细菌分子和细胞致病机制;②病原菌基因工程疫苗及微生物相关药物。主要涉及病原微生物为钩端螺旋体、幽门螺杆菌、甲型副伤寒沙门菌、流感嗜血杆菌。

在聘期内积极完成学院和学科赋予的教学和科研任务,主动积极地在科研、教学、学科建设中发挥重要作用,同时实现人生理想和价值目标。

把握本学科国内外最新进展及发展趋势,根据以往科研基础确定主要研究领域与方向,一方面在已获得国家自然科学基金面上项目基础上,争取持续获得面上项目资助,并努力获得优秀青年资助,另一方面争取获得数项有一定影响力的创新性科研成果(论文、国家发明专利),同时争取部分科研成果进行产业化转化。

积极配合学科负责人,注重并积极参与学科建设,在自身不断完善和提高的同时,在本科生SRTP及硕、博士生培养过程中发挥重要作用。

1.教学工作

认真学习并做好本科生及研究生教学工作,积极参与各项教学改革工作,在本科生SRTP及硕、博士生培养过程中发挥重要作用。

作为编委,在完成高教出版社“十二五”国家规划教材《医学微生物学》第3版编写任务基础上,积极参加医学院病原生物学教研室教改项目。

2.科研工作

科研项目:作为项目负责人,在获得国家自然科学面上基金及青年基金项目的基础上,争取持续获得国家自然科学基金面上项目、国际合作项目资助,并争取获得优秀青年资助。此外作为主要成员参与国家级科研项目1-2项。

学术专著:争取作为编委编写我国钩端螺旋体病权威性专著《钩端螺旋体病学》第4版。
