二、主要学术成就<= /span>

2.1 <= /span>标志性成果(不&#= 36229;过300字)

 申请人近五年一直从事环境持久性污染物包括持久性有机污染物(persistent organic pollutants, POPs)及重金属与敏感人群健康关联的环境流行病学研究,主要成果包括:(1)建立环境持久性污染物人体暴露测量的检测方法及评估模型。(2)对持久性有机污染物的内分泌干扰效应进行健康风险评估,其中农药DDT对中国人群乳腺癌发病贡献的空间流行病学研究发表于Environment International(5-year IF: 8.763)上;人初乳中农药HCH残留与微生物多样性关联研究发表在Environmental Pollution (5-year IF: 6.152)。(3)提供持久性环境污染物与敏感人群健康关联的流行病学证据,典型环境持久性污染物与新生儿体格发育水平关联的3篇论文均发表在浙大top期刊上(5-year IF均大于5)。研究结果为环境污染与人群健康的关系提供了流行病学证据。

 学科交叉、融合创新成为高校发展的新方向,基于环境科学与流行病学的环境流行病学研究得到了快速的发展。申请人在浙江大学环境科学专业学习时一直进行环境健康研究,期间同浙大公共卫生学院陈坤教授课题组合作,发表一系列环境流行病学研究成果。博士后出站后于浙江大学流行病与卫生统计学系任讲师,在陈坤教授的指导下,发挥自己的环境科学特长,主要关注于环境持久性污染物及大气污染物与敏感人群健康的流行病学研究,参与课题组大气污染与人群健康的队列研究,并主持了环境污染物与老年健康的队列建设。近五年以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文6篇,引用72次。主要研究内容包括以下几个方面:

一、持久性环境污染物的人群健康风险评估

持久性有机污染物(persistent organic pollutants, POPs)由于在环境中的迁移、生物体内的累积性、及内分泌干扰效应,在《斯德哥尔摩公约》中被列为优先控制污染物。通过检测中国大尺度区域范围的农药DDT的土壤残留水平,结合膳食模型评估人群的DDT内暴露水平,并对DDT暴露的中国人群乳腺癌风险进行了空间流行病学的分析,研究结果于2014年美国化学会(ACS)年会上交流,会议摘要被选为“Sci-Mix”最杰出会议论文并被SCI数据库收录,并获得了本次会议“Student Education Award”,研究论文发表在Environment International2014, IF: 8.763,第一作者)上。研究期间参加了国家自然科学基金面上项目长江口高残留有机氯农药的归趋及其生物放大的对映体特征、国际重大合作项目新型有机污染物化学结构多样性及其环境过程差异性机制以及国家重大科研仪器研制项目手性污染物的分离、表征及稳定性研究系统,参与发表了一系列POPs健康风险的研究。POPs类的有机氯污染物对二型糖尿病风险的系统综述研究发表于PLoS One2014IF: 3.337,第一作者),研究结果提供了POPs内分泌干扰效应的人群研究证据。

由于人体微生物生态对于环境污染物的代谢及人体健康都具有重要影响,因此探究人体微生态在环境与健康中的作用非常关键,作为项目负责人获得并完成了中国博士后科学基金面上项目舟山母婴人群的HCH暴露特征及人体微生态研究NO. 515000-X91501)。在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校流行病学系访学期间,运用微生物组学分析方法对母初乳中微生物多样性与有机氯农药HCHs残留的关联进行了研究,结果发表在Environmental Pollution (2019, IF: 6.152, 第一作者上,并在2018年加拿大举办的第30届国际环境流行病学协会(ISEE)年会交流,会议摘要被权威期刊Environmental Health Perspectives2019, IF: 9.992, 第一作者)收录。研究期望以人体微生态为突破点进一步揭示环境与人群健康的关系。

二、环境污染物与人群健康的流行病学研究

儿童作为一个特殊敏感人群,由于身体各项组织器官还没有发育完全,在接触环境有毒污染物后的危害反应相比成年人更快且更严重。因此对中国舟山嵊泗群岛母婴人群宫内POPs及重金属残留与出生结局的关联进行流行病学研究。作为课题负责人申请并完成国家自然科学基金青年项目长江口典型手性持久性有机污染物对嵊泗母婴的对映体选择性暴露特征及健康风险NO. 21507112)。其中有毒重金属与出生结局关联的横断面研究发表在Chemosphere2016, IF: 5.089, 第一作者)上;母初乳中多种微量元素的暴露风险及与出生结局关联的研究发表在Science of the Total Environment (2016, IF: 5.727, 第一作者) 上;PCBs暴露与生殖生长激素水平及出生体格关联的研究发表于Environment Pollution (2018, IF: 6.152, 第一作者)。研究结果多次在国内外会议上做板报、口头报告,研究报告获得2016年浙江省预防医学会流行病学学术年会“优胜奖”,得到了相关专家的认可。相关研究结果提示持久性有毒物质的环境接触会通过胎盘屏障,从而影响胎儿的生长发育,因此对母婴健康的促进提出新的要求。

 申请人参与了课题组大气污染与人群健康的队列研究,对大气污染物与敏感人群的健康结局,包括围产期死亡率、老年人睡眠障碍及抑郁的关联进行流行病学研究。作为项目负责人获得并完成了浙江大学中央高校基本业务费专项资金项目“大气污染与老年睡眠障碍发生的相关性研究”(2017QNA7023),睡眠障碍的时间序列分析的初步研究结果分别在2019年第五届中国举办的环境污染与健康国际会议进行口头报告,在荷兰举办的2019年第32届国际环境流行病学协会(ISEE)年会上进行了板报报告。大气污染与围产期死亡率的生态学研究初步结果于2017年日本举办的世界流行病学大会(WCE)暨21届国际流行病学协会(IEA)年会进行口头报告。相关时间序列分析研究及空间流行病学研究结果提示大气污染暴露与敏感人群的健康结局相关,为我国空气污染的防治及人群健康风险提供科学依据。

三、岗位工作思路&= #21450;预期目标

申请人入职后完成了始业教育培训,完成流行病学等相关课程培训,首先承担实习课教学任务,逐渐参与理论课授课。教学方面目前已经承担了公共卫生学院流行病学教研室3门本科生及4门研究生课程的教学任务。2018年在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)流行病学系进修一年,旁听了相关课程。会在今后的教学中利用美国流行病学系访学的经验,充分结合教研室以往优秀教学模式,在以学生为中心的同时提高课堂教学效率,保持承担教学课程年均64学时以上。

作为预防医学2016级班主任,三年的接触已经与同学们有了深厚的感情,希望能够陪伴指导他们顺利毕业,继续深造或走上工作岗位。作为硕士生导师,我会结合自己专长,引导研究生完成自己学业、打好研究基础、找到未来的研究兴趣;同时与其一起协作,争取在环境流行病学研究方向获得新的突破。未来三年内争取承担教学改革或创新项目1项,培养研究生2人,指导本科生毕业论文1人。

 科研方面会继续发挥交叉学科优势,结合环境科学与流行病学方法继续环境流行病学相关研究,重点方向为用多组学研究空气污染及环境持久性污染物与敏感人群的健康关联,结合既往的研究基础拟取得创新性的研究成果。争取未来三年内取得国家级项目1项、省级项目1项;发表高水平学术论文3-5篇。

 社会工作方面,用自己专长为学科带来新的研究方向与视角,通过与其他专业及国际高水平专家交流合作促进我校流行病与卫生统计学科快速发展。我也会继续积极参与院系及学校的各项工作,包括学科系秘书、公卫学院国际合作组工作、党支部工作等等。同时也会积极参加各种社会兼职,做好目前中国医师协会结直肠肿瘤专业委员会肠外与肠内营养专业委员会(学组)委员、《中华疾病控制杂志》编委会青年编委等职务。学术上积极参加国内外学术交流,与业内专家交流学习的同时,报告自己的学术成果,希望自己的研究能够有更多学者感兴趣合作并获得认可。未来三年内新增学术兼职1项,国际会议报告2次。
